  If you haven't tried their sweet pepper bacon breakfast sandwich on a bagel with white cheddar cheese you are missing out on something great.
  The sandwich normally comes on a croissant. You have to ask for it on a bagel with white cheddar.

  I stop at this specific dunkin donuts on average about 4 times a week. They are ok. You never know what you are going to get. I would stop elsewhere, but that is the only coffee shop with a drive thru right by my house and it is a huge hassle to drag a one year old out of my car for coffee. Sometimes it is excellent service and perfect coffee, when the latte machine isn't down or they aren't out of caramel flavoring(that happens to me pretty often at this location). Other times the drive thru is ridiculous, service is slow, or your drink isn't correct. I have also noticed that on one specific managers shift is when the service is perfect! Nice employees, 50/50 on everything else.

  Dunkin Donuts in NC is nothing like the shops in other states, the bagels are horrible, hard, you could break a tooth. The donuts go stale by early afternoon, they are stingy with the cream filled donuts, on both the filling and the frosting. They are truly ruining the reputation of the brand. They also don't make chocolate chip muffins. Bad experience each time ive gone there since opening, was hoping they'd improve, but they havent
